Lot LK06-09 with an area of 148m2 has a winning price of 109.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 16.1 billion VND/lot.
32 plots of land (LK05 and LK06) up for auction today are located in Long Khuc field, Tien Yen commune. The plots of land range in area from 97 - 172m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from 142 - 251 million VND. The starting price is 7.3 million VND/m2.
The auction format is still direct voting in multiple rounds, minimum 6 rounds. The common price step applied in all rounds is 6 million VND/m2.
Speaking to Lao Dong, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nghiep (Hanoi) said that today she participated in the auction of 4 plots of land but did not win any. She expected the highest price to be 70 million VND/m2, however, the prices of all the plots today were pushed up too high.
Mr. Tran Van Hiep (Hanoi) said that he did not win any land lot in today's auction. He said that the price was pushed up high and quite "unrealistic". Compared to the previous auction on November 4, the price in today's auction was higher. This price far exceeded the market value.

In particular, the auction of 19 land lots in Tien Yen commune held on August 19 caused a stir in public opinion when more than 500 people participated and more than 1,500 applications were registered. After nearly 20 hours of bidding, the highest winning bid was up to 133.3 million VND/m2, 18.2 times higher than the starting price. In this session, up to 11 land lots were traded at a price of over 100 million VND/m2.
