In order to carry out the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee, the An Phong Ward People's Committee has handed over land on site to serve the An Duong Industrial Park project. The plots of land to be handed over include a plot of land with an area of 451.7 m2 and a plot of 177 m2. The handover is carried out in accordance with land regulations, creating conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule.
The An Duong Industrial Park Construction Investment Project has a total planned area of 196.1 hectares, located in 3 communes: Hong Phong, Bac Son, An Hoa (old), now An Phong ward. Land acquisition and site clearance work has been implemented since 2009 according to Notice No. 147/TB-UBND dated April 21, 2009 and Decision No. 2101/QD-UBND dated October 16, 2009 of the City People's Committee.
Up to now, the project has basically completed site clearance, the City People's Committee has assigned the investor 192.7 hectares of land. The remaining area is 3.44 ha, in April 2023, the investor continued to request site clearance to complete the project.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Kien requested An Phong ward to continue reviewing and completing the site clearance plan, handing over land to investors before December 15, 2025 to construct the main road in the industrial park. For the remaining area, An Phong ward will continue to clear the land and hand over the entire area to investors in 2025.
