According to the plan, from 7:30 am this morning, January 27, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee began to implement land recovery coercion to implement the project "Preparing ground and building infrastructure for the Vietnam National Museum of Nature in the 2021-2025 period" (the area of Ngoc Than village, Kieu Phu commune).
The enforcement work takes place from today to January 30.
Enforcement locations at 21 land plots in fields of 17 households and individuals with agricultural land recovered for project implementation.

Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee requests households to coordinate with the enforcement force according to the announced time; proactively move people and property out of the enforcement area (if any); do not gather in large numbers and obstruct the enforcement force.
In case households are absent or do not comply, the Enforcement Board will carry out land recovery enforcement in the correct order, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law.
Previously, at a dialogue with households, Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee - emphasized that the Vietnam National Museum of Nature built in Kieu Phu commune will open up room for socio-economic development for the locality. Therefore, the work of land acquisition, compensation, support, and site clearance to serve the project is particularly focused on by the commune, ensuring compliance with regulations and the legitimate and lawful rights of the people.
The Commune People's Committee always publicly and transparently discloses information, coordinates with functional agencies to ensure compliance with regulations, harmonizing interests between the State, community and people.
