On January 22, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board (Hanoi) issued a notice on the time to organize land recovery enforcement to implement the project of Building technical infrastructure for the land auction area in Phu My village, Ngoc My commune, Quoc Oai district (formerly), now belonging to Kieu Phu commune.
Accordingly, at 7:30 am on January 27, the Enforcement Board will carry out land recovery enforcement at 24 land plots of 22 households and individuals with a total area of 3,018m2.
The Enforcement Board shall carry out land recovery enforcement according to Decisions No. 1433 to No. 1456/QD-UBND dated March 18, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district and Decisions No. 4566 to No. 4589/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2025 of the Chairman of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee on adjusting the time for implementing land recovery enforcement under the project.
At the same time, carry out the collection, dismantling and relocation of all architectural assets, crops on land (if any) in accordance with regulations. Implement the handover of land after land recovery coercion to the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board for management in accordance with the law.
The enforcement board requests households and individuals to coordinate with the enforcement force according to the announced time; proactively move people and property out of the enforcement area (if any); do not gather in large numbers and obstruct the enforcement force.
In case households are absent or do not comply, the Enforcement Board will carry out land recovery enforcement in the correct order, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law.
Regarding the plan to organize coercion, the commune police coordinate with the city police to develop a plan to ensure security, order, fire prevention and fighting safety during deployment, proactively arrange forces to grasp the situation before organizing coercion, and promptly report to the Commune People's Committee on unusual developments (if any).
The Office of the People's Council and the Commune People's Committee monitor and inspect the situation before, during and after the coercion period to advise and report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Commune People's Committee to know, grasp the situation, give opinions, monitor and direct; guide the asset seizure team to make inventory records and record the developments of the coercion process.
The Commune Military Command reported to the Phuc Tho Defense Area Command to coordinate with the Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee to organize the elimination of unmanned aerial vehicles entering the demolition area.
The Economic Department presides over and coordinates with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to inspect land recovery markers of households subject to land recovery coercion on the ground for land plots that are not fully recovered. Along with that, coordinate with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to announce the Decision on coercive land recovery of Quoc Oai District People's Committee and the Decision on adjusting the time for coercion of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee at the location of the recovered land plot.
