The Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board has just organized a conference to deploy a plan to enforce land recovery in Phu My village, Kieu Phu commune to implement the Project to build the Vietnam National Museum of Nature and the Project to auction land use rights in area DG 04/2019 in accordance with the law.
At the conference, leaders of the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board reported on the results of site clearance work, and at the same time clearly stated the shortcomings and obstacles in the process of implementing technical infrastructure construction of 2 projects in the area.
Previously, the Commune Enforcement Board organized many campaigns of propaganda, mobilization, persuasion and direct dialogue with households and individuals whose land is within the project implementation scope. However, to date, there are still 22 households belonging to the Land Auction Area Project DG 04/2019 (with a total area of 3,018m2) and 20 households belonging to the Vietnam Natural Museum project (with a total area of 32,949m2) who have not complied with receiving compensation and support when the State recovers land to implement the project according to the issued decision.
According to the plan, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board will organize land recovery enforcement for the auctioned land area DG 04/2019 on January 27; for the Vietnam Natural History Museum project, the enforcement time is expected from January 28 to January 30.
The enforcement committee requested households that have not received compensation and support money and have made enforcement decisions to urgently move all assets and belongings out of the enforcement area to ensure safety for people and property, avoiding unnecessary damage.
From the current time until the enforcement is organized, Hanoi City Police will directly coordinate to participate in ensuring security and order at 2 projects, together with grassroots security forces, showing a resolute and strict spirit in implementing land acquisition decisions according to the provisions of law.
At the conference, members of the Enforcement Board focused on discussing, clearly stating the difficulties and obstacles that still exist and proposing specific plans to ensure that the enforcement work takes place safely, seriously, in the correct order, in accordance with the law and on schedule. Representatives of the Vietnam National Museum of Nature also affirmed that they have fully prepared the necessary conditions before, during and after the enforcement to coordinate project implementation according to the plan.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Head of the Coercion Steering Committee requested members of the Coercion Committee and relevant forces to uphold the spirit of responsibility, perform tasks seriously, decisively and in accordance with the law. In the process of coercion, health and security departments need to fully implement plans to ensure absolute safety; proactively gather machinery and vehicles early; and at the same time develop scenarios and handling plans for complex situations that may occur, not to be passive or surprised.
On that basis, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board continues to promote propaganda and mobilization, and at the same time encourage households and individuals subject to coercion to seriously comply with the law, soon receive compensation, support and hand over land before the time of coercion, contributing to ensuring security and order, avoiding legal consequences and unnecessary damage to households themselves.
