Real estate prices continue to increase because they only sell high-end goods
segments of the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market continue to increase sharply due to the absence of affordable housing.

Some houses have a dividing fence, some are completely empty, no one is looking after or maintaining them.
This is mainly the old headquarters of administrative agencies such as the People's Court, the State Treasury and the old People's Procuracy of Phu Vang district. For example, the old People's Court headquarters with an area of 482m2 of land and 258.5m2 of houses, a large project at that time was lying idle on the side of the road with no one coming back.
