More than 3 years of reclaiming land " mistakenly built" by neighbors in Hai Phong
Hai Phong - For more than 3 years now, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (Vinh Hoa commune) has been calling for help everywhere because his neighbors have encroached on him and built a solid house on his family's land.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mau live in Ta Ngoai 2 village, An Hoa commune (old Vinh Bao district), now Ta Ngoai 2 village, Vinh Hoa commune (Hai Phong city). In February 2021, Mr. Hoa and his wife were granted a land use right certificate No. CX-485350 by the People's Committee of the old Vinh Bao district with an area of 46 m2 in the center, on road 17B and near the headquarters of the People's Committee of An Hoa commune.
In May 2022, Mr. Hoa's neighbor, Mr. To Van Hoai, organized construction on the adjacent plot of land but poured reinforced concrete foundations encroaching on part of Mr. Hoa's family's land. This caused the foundation and walls of Mr. Hoa's house to crack and break, causing severe damage.
In this situation, Mr. Hoa petitioned the local government. The People's Committee of An Hoa commune (old) also inspected and requested Mr. Hoai's household to stop construction and return the encroached land, but Mr. Hoai did not comply and continued to complete the construction of the solid 2-storey house. Hai Phong publicly announces the selling price of 346 social housing apartments in Hong An ward
Hai Phong - The Department of Construction has just publicly announced the selling price (temporarily calculated) of social housing apartments in the Hong An Ward Commercial Housing Project.
Social housing in the Commercial Housing Project in Pham Dung Village, An Hong Commune, An Duong District (now Pham Dung Residential Group, Hong An Ward, Hai Phong City) has been approved for sale by Hong Bang Investment Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 10/2025/QD-HB dated October 2, 2025 and reviewed by the Institute of Construction Economics in the report on the results of the appraisal of the social housing price plan No. 2508/VKT-CC dated September 3, 2025.
Of which, the social housing area has 346 apartments. The average selling price of social housing apartments is: VND 18,600,000/m2 (selling price includes VAT, excluding maintenance costs for apartments according to regulations).
Within 180 days from the date of acceptance of the completion of the construction and putting it into use, Hong Bang Investment Joint Stock Company is responsible for conducting a state audit or independent audit, settling construction investment costs in accordance with the provisions of the law on housing, construction law, and other relevant laws. On October 7, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a conference to review and continue implementing the 9-day campaign to enrich and clean the land database of Da Nang City according to plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT dated August 31, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The campaign is implemented from September 1 to November 30 in the city, including communes, wards, villages, hamlets, residential groups, and residential groups.
