Establishing 4 groups to mobilize site clearance for a project worth over VND6,200 billion in Hai Phong
The Nguyen Trai Bridge investment project and urban beautification of the surrounding area is a key project of the city in 2024, belonging to Group A, a special-level traffic project with a total investment of more than 6,235 billion VND.
According to the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward, the land acquisition work for the Nguyen Trai Bridge Project involves 35 households, with a total area of over 760 m2. By early September 2025, 9 households had handed over the land, while 26 households had not agreed, affecting the project's progress.
To focus on project site clearance, Ngo Quyen ward established 4 working groups to directly propagate and mobilize the remaining 26 households in the 2 apartment buildings No. 8 May To and No. 6 Nguyen Trai to hand over the site for construction.
The working groups will strengthen close access to the grassroots, listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations, promptly explain and remove difficulties and obstacles, create high consensus among the people, contribute to accelerating the progress of site handover, ensuring the completion of the set plan.

Quang Ninh will soon have many more social housing projects
Quang Ninh province continues to accelerate the construction of social housing projects to serve workers and laborers, which is also one of the solutions to attract and retain workers.
The Prime Minister assigned Quang Ninh province to complete 17,588 social housing units in the 2025-2030 period, of which the target for 2025 is 2,201 units.
The Provincial People's Committee has issued decisions and documents directing the development of social housing in the province. Based on the direction of the Central Government and the province, the Department of Construction is advising on proposing detailed regulations on cases eligible for social housing support policies and support mechanisms for implementing construction investment projects in the province until 2030.
To date, Quang Ninh province has completed 1,758 social housing units, reaching about 80% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister in 2025. At the same time, 2 new social housing projects with about 1,540 apartments have been started.
