A series of trillion-dong projects are being accelerated in Da Nang
On July 5, according to the Da Nang City Statistics Office, the Lien Chieu Port Construction Investment Project - Shared Infrastructure Part with a total investment of VND3,426 billion (of which the central capital is VND2,995 billion) started in December 2022 and is being accelerated. As of June, the cumulative implementation volume reached VND 2,270 billion.

Along with that, people's projects and urban beautification are also being promoted. The project to upgrade and renovate March 29 Park with a total cost of nearly 673 billion VND has been officially constructed since April 2025, and the accumulated volume has reached nearly 12 billion VND. Another important public project is the renovation of the drainage system and undergrounding of cables on 4 central routes (Phan Chau Trinh, Le Loi, Hoang Dieu, Ong Ich Khiem) with the accumulated implementation volume to date reaching 8.7 billion VND.
In parallel with public investment, private capital flows are creating heat for the Da Nang market. Notable in this investment block is the Olalani Riverside Tower super project, a luxury apartment complex along the Han River with a total investment of up to VND 7,650 billion. The authorities have allowed SH Dong An Company Limited to use the land to implement the Hoa An Commercial - Service Apartment Project.

The land has a total area of 11,083 m2 on map sheet No. 31, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
In which, the competent authority allowed the conversion of land use purposes to urban residential land with an area of 10,983 m2, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees.
For the area of 100 m2 of residential land in enterprises that has been transferred, it will be managed, used and invested in accordance with the approved detailed plan of the project.

Apartment transfer prices in Hanoi increase to 350 million VND/unit
After a period of stagnation or a slight decrease since the beginning of the year, the Hanoi secondary apartment market unexpectedly recorded a wave of price increases again.
