Tuyen Quang establishes an additional 439 billion VND industrial cluster
Phuc Ung 3 Industrial Cluster in Son Duong Commune (Tuyen Quang Province) has an area of 40 hectares, oriented to attract the processing, manufacturing and manufacturing of electronic devices.
According to Decision No. 303 of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Phuc Ung 3 Industrial Cluster is built on an area of 40 hectares, with the orientation of attracting modern industrial enterprises, promoting regional advantages, and being environmentally friendly.

The technical infrastructure of Phuc Ung 3 Industrial Park is invested in synchronous construction and prioritized to attract local advantageous industries such as processing, manufacturing, supporting industries; manufacturing construction materials, manufacturing electrical equipment, electronics, manufacturing packaging, medical equipment and other industries.
The investor is Phuc Ung Industrial Investment Company Limited, with a total investment of 439 billion VND from the enterprise's capital and other legal capital sources. The project has an operation period of 50 years.

Extending the agricultural land use tax exemption period
Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed and issued Resolution No. 216/2025/QH15 on extending the agricultural land use tax exemption period.

The National Assembly resolved to extend the agricultural land use tax exemption period stipulated in Resolution No. 55/2010/QH12 dated November 24, 2010 of the National Assembly on agricultural land use tax exemption and reduction, which has been amended and supplemented with a number of articles according to Resolution No. 28/2016/QH14 dated November 11, 2016 of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 107/2020/QH14 dated June 10, 2020 of the National Assembly until December 31, 2030.
This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2026.
The Government shall specify in detail and guide the implementation of this Resolution to meet the requirements of state management.
Previously, the Government submitted to the National Assembly a Resolution to extend the implementation period of agricultural land use tax exemption until December 31, 2030 to continue to encourage organizations, households and individuals to invest in agriculture and rural areas. See more...

Khanh Hoa calls for investment in 2 super urban areas worth over VND65,000 billion in Van Phong
On July 4, the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board (Khanh Hoa province) announced that the unit had announced information to invite bids to select investors for two projects: Tu Bong Urban Area and Dam Mon Urban Area.
The total area of the two projects is up to more than 4,000 hectares, with a total estimated investment of more than 65,300 billion VND. These are two of the key projects to exploit the development potential of the South Central Coast region, especially in the Bac Van Phong area - which is oriented to become a new growth pole of the province.

The Tu Bong New Urban Area Project has an area of over 1,440 hectares, of which the sea encroachment area is about 82 hectares. According to the preliminary plan, the project will develop about 79 townhouses, 592 villas, 858 apartments and 352 social housing apartments.
The Dam Mon New Urban Area Project has a larger scale, with an area of about 2,579 hectares, of which the sea encroachment area accounts for more than 621 hectares. The land fund for social housing is about 7 hectares, serving the expected population of up to 74,700 people. See more...
