Hanoi adjusts the planning of a land plot of over 47,000m2 in Bac Tu Liem
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the project to locally adjust the Detailed Planning of the Bac Co Nhue - Chem area, scale 1/500 at the planned plots with symbols K4/CQ2 and K7/CQ3.

According to the decision, the total adjusted land area is about 47,366m2 within the administrative boundaries of Co Nhue 2 ward and Xuan Dinh ward, Bac Tu Liem district.
In which, the location of the planned land plot marked K4/CQ2: The North borders Nguyen Dinh Tu Street with a cross-section of 30m wide; the East borders the planned road with a cross-section of 30m wide; the South borders the planned road with a cross-section of 15.5m wide; the West borders the planned road with a cross-section of 15.5m wide.

Hanoi apartments on air, many projects are open for sale

Da Nang solicits opinions on social housing support policies for people working away from home
The Department of Construction organizes a consultation on the draft on social housing support policies in Da Nang city for people with houses far from their workplace.

On June 11, the Department of Construction announced that it had received comments on the draft Decision detailing cases where people with houses under their ownership but far from the workplace are entitled to social housing support policies in Da Nang city (referred to as the Decision).
According to the Department of Construction, on May 29, 2025, the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 on a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of social housing. In which, Clause 2, Article 9 of this Resolution stipulates:
In case the beneficiary of the social housing support policy is a person with a workplace far from his/her place of residence, the condition for housing to be bought or rented for social housing is not to buy or rent-purchase social housing, not having a house under his/her ownership or having a house under his/her ownership but far from the workplace.
