Enforced compulsory inventory of urban renovation projects in Hai Phong
On October 13, Duong Kinh ward organized the enforcement of the compulsory inventory decision for 10 households and individuals in Hai Phong residential area.

The compulsory counting enforcement board of Duong Kinh ward performs tasks at the plots of land of 10 households and individuals whose land is recovered in Residential Group No. 2, Duong Kinh ward to implement the Urban Renovation Project in Hai Phong residential area.
The organization of enforcement forces to implement the compulsory counting decision aims to conduct investigation, survey, measurement, and counting of land and assets attached to land as a basis for developing a compensation, support, and resettlement plan to implement the Urban Renovation Project in Hai Phong residential area.

Opening for sale of 408 social housing units in Hanoi, priced from 1.2 billion VND/unit
The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a plan to receive applications for registration to buy and rent social housing at land plots CT1, CT3, CT4 of the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Project in Tien Thang Commune, Me Linh District (now Tien Thang Commune, Hanoi), in the first phase. The project is invested by Than Ha Construction and Trading Company Limited.
The project has a total area of 93,148.8m2, of which 34,137.8m2 is for the construction of social housing projects. The buildings are 9-storey with an attic. The project consists of 720 apartments, of which 648 are for sale and 72 are for rent.

In the first phase, the investor opened for sale and leased to buy 480 apartments, including 408 apartments for sale and 72 apartments for rent, with each apartment ranging from 62.81 to 69.84m2. The selling price of social housing in the project is VND 19,805,791/m2 of floor space, including value added tax but not including maintenance fees. The equivalent price of apartments here ranges from 1.24 - 1.38 billion VND/apartment.
The announced rental price is 244,515 VND/m2/month, including value added tax and excluding maintenance fees.
The time to receive applications for buying and renting social housing takes place from October 6, 2025 to November 5, 2025, during office hours, in the morning from 8:30 to 11:30, in the afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30. See more...
Dien Bien converts more than 30 hectares of land to implement many projects
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just decided to change the purpose of using more than 30 hectares of land to implement a series of development works and projects for socio-economic purposes.

Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee - has just signed and issued a Decision approving the conversion of rice-growing land, protective forest land, and production forest land to other purposes to implement works and projects in the province.
According to the decision, the purpose of converting 33.6 hectares of rice-growing land, protective forest land, and production forest land to other purposes (including 32.71 hectares of rice-growing land; 0.64 hectares of protective forest land; 0.25 hectares of production forest land) is approved to implement 10 projects in Dien Bien province.
These projects will be implemented in Dien Bien Phu ward and the communes of Tinh Phinh, Sin Chai, Muong Pon, Sin Thau, Tuan Giao, Thanh Nua, Thanh Yen. See more...
