The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a plan to receive applications for registration to buy and rent social housing at land plots CT1, CT3, CT4 of the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Project in Tien Thang Commune, Me Linh District (now Tien Thang Commune, Hanoi), in the first phase. The project is invested by Than Ha Construction and Trading Company Limited.
The project has a total area of 93,148.8m2, of which 34,137.8m2 is for the construction of social housing projects. The buildings are 9-storey with an attic. The project consists of 720 apartments, of which 648 are for sale and 72 are for rent.

In the first phase, the investor opened for sale and leased to buy 480 apartments, including 408 apartments for sale and 72 apartments for rent, with each apartment ranging from 62.81 to 69.84m2. The selling price of social housing in the project is VND 19,805,791/m2 of floor space, including value added tax but not including maintenance fees. The equivalent price of apartments here ranges from 1.24 - 1.38 billion VND/apartment.
The announced rental price is 244,515 VND/m2/month, including value added tax and excluding maintenance fees.
The time to receive applications for buying and renting social housing takes place from October 6, 2025 to November 5, 2025, during office hours, in the morning from 8:30 to 11:30, in the afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30.
It is expected that the signing of apartment sale and purchase contracts at CT1, CT3, CT4 buildings will start from November 25, 2025, and the apartment will be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026.
People registering to buy or rent social housing must prepare documents according to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023, Decree 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government, Circular 05/2024/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction, Circular 56/2024/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security, Circular 94/2024/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense and related legal documents.
The registration documents were received at Than Ha Trading and Construction Company Limited - the investor of the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Project, Tien Thang Commune, Hanoi.
