More than 700 social housing apartments are about to be built in Da Nang
On September 11, the Management Board of Quang Nam Economic Zones and Industrial Parks (under the People's Committee of Da Nang City) issued Decision No. 327/QD-KKTCN approving the investment policy and investor of the An Phu Social Housing Project in Quang Phu Ward.
The project is invested by Quang Nam Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of nearly VND588 billion, and a land area of 20,000m2.

The project scale includes 4 blocks (A1, A2, B1, B2) with 9 floors, expected 700 apartments. The first floor has commercial - service space, building management rooms, apartments... From the 2nd to the 9th floor are apartments.
The investment project to complete and synchronize technical infrastructure: transportation, power supply, public lighting, communication, water supply, drainage; environmental sanitation works, garbage collection and wastewater treatment areas...

Ho Chi Minh City - High-end, luxury apartments in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City are having a strong price increase.

According to market data from Batdongsan.com.vn, apartments are the leading type of interest in the first 6 months of 2025, thanks to real housing demand and mining investment. Apartments account for 29% of the proportion of real estate searches for sale.
In Ho Chi Minh City alone, the level of interest in this type in June 2025 increased by 11% compared to April, while Hanoi only increased by 2%. The average selling price of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City is 63 million VND/m2, while in Hanoi it is 70 million VND/m2.
In Ho Chi Minh City, high-end and luxury projects in the central area increased the most. Hung Yen is about to auction 57 plots of land in Trieu Viet Vuong commune, priced from 2.4 billion VND/plot
Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction of the People's Committee of Trieu Viet Vuong commune, including 57 plots of land for people to build houses in Xuan Dinh New Rural Residential Area, Trieu Viet Vuong commune (formerly Pham Hong Thai commune), Hung Yen province (phase 1).
The total area put up for auction is 6,985.33m2, the plots of land range in area from 118m2 to 153m2. The starting price is from 20 to 24 million VND/m2, equivalent to 2.4 - 3.6 billion VND per plot.
The total starting price of the assets is 144.586 billion VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to land use rights transfer and assignment. These fees will be paid by the auction winners according to the law.
