The land market in the suburbs of Hanoi and neighboring provinces has recorded a significant price increase in the past year. Me Linh land prices have also increased sharply, many locations previously only fluctuated from 20-30 million VND/m2, now approaching 40-50 million VND/m2. Hoai Duc, especially around the access routes to large metropolises, especially in some areas such as An Khanh, Kim Chung, Song Phuong, Van Canh, is commonly traded at 70-110 million VND/m2, about 50% higher than the same period last year. National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 15 plots of land at Point X1, Dong Cao Village, Trang Viet Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi City (phase 5).
The plots of land have an area of 100 - 198.09m2, the starting price for the plots of land is 6,604,000 VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 112 - 222 million VND/plot of land. The common price step applied to the plots of land in the auction is 6 million VND/step.
