National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 15 plots of land at Point X1, Dong Cao Village, Trang Viet Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi City (phase 5).
The plots of land have an area of 100 - 198.09m2, the starting price for the plots of land is 6,604,000 VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 112 - 222 million VND/plot of land. The common price step applied to the plots of land in the auction is 6 million VND/step.
Auction by upward bidding method. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and through at least 5 mandatory auction rounds; in case that in any auction round before auction round No. 5, there is a minimum valid bid equal to the starting price approved by the District People's Committee plus 4 price steps, then the winner will be determined, if no one participates in the next auction round. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ended when no one participated in bidding.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 21 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Me Linh district. (address: Dai Thinh Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi City).

The plots of land have an area of 96 - 194.8m2, with a starting price of VND 5,604,000/m2. The starting price from the second round onwards is the valid bid, the highest in the previous round. In case the highest valid bid in the previous round is equal to the starting price of the auction round, the starting price of the next round is equal to the starting price of the previous round plus one price step.
The common price step applied to plots of land and in auctions is 6,000,000 VND/preseed.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 a.m. on March 14 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Me Linh district.
