Starting construction of a large-scale urban integrated sports area in Nghe An
On June 20, in Vinh City (Nghe An), Eurowindow Sport City Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited (under Eurowindow Holding) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eurowindow Sport Garden Urban Area.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Sy Chien - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee, along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches and strategic partners.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Hoang Phu Hien emphasized that the provincial leaders will create maximum conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly and synchronously, contributing to completing the green - clean - beautiful urban space for Vinh City.
The project is planned on a land located in a strategic location between Tran Nguyen Han Street and Vinh Quang Avenue.

Hai Phong establishes working group, resolutely collects land rent
The working group will conduct a comparison of land rents for organizations and individuals renting houses as production and service establishments in Hai Phong City who are responsible for working with organizations and individuals renting houses (311 houses) owned by the state as production and service establishments in the city; making a working record on the comparison of unpaid land rents; making a declaration of land rental payment of each organization and individual renting a house.
The Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned a working group to urgently work with organizations and individuals renting 25 houses to make a working record comparing unpaid land rent and land rent declaration; report to the City People's Committee on the implementation results before June 25. Khanh Hoa approved 4 enterprises to implement commercial housing projects under the pilot mechanism, with a total estimated investment of more than 10,000 billion VND.
According to a recent announcement by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, 4 enterprises are allowed to implement pilot projects, including:
Nha Trang Forestry Import-Export Joint Stock Company, with a total estimated investment of more than VND 2,354 billion; Khoi Nguyen Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of about VND 623 billion; Hon Mot Tourism Joint Stock Company, with the largest investment scale of more than VND 5,447 billion, the land area for project implementation is more than 483,073m2; Tan Hoang Minh Trading and Service Company Limited, with a total estimated investment of VND 1,800 billion.
