According to a recent announcement by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, 4 enterprises are allowed to implement pilot projects, including:
Nha Trang Forestry Import-Export Joint Stock Company, with a total estimated investment of more than VND 2,354 billion; Khoi Nguyen Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of about VND 623 billion; Hon Mot Tourism Joint Stock Company, with the largest investment scale of more than VND 5,447 billion, the land area for project implementation is more than 483,073m2; Tan Hoang Minh Trading and Service Company Limited, with a total estimated investment of VND 1,800 billion.
This notice is the basis for businesses and relevant state agencies to carry out the next implementation steps according to legal regulations.
Khanh Hoa province also requires relevant departments, branches and localities to coordinate and create favorable conditions for businesses to implement projects, ensuring progress, legal regulations and in accordance with urban development orientations in the area.
The permission to implement the pilot project is based on Decree No. 75/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government, detailing the implementation of Resolution 171/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting commercial housing projects through agreements to receive land use rights.
Previously, on June 2, 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 48/NQ-HDND, approving the list of land plots for piloting commercial housing projects in the province.
The implementation of this pilot mechanism is expected to create a breakthrough in attracting investment in the field of commercial housing development, contributing to increasing supply, promoting a transparent and healthy real estate market and in line with the local sustainable development orientation.
