Areas where land prices have increased the most in the past year
According to data from Batdongsan.com.vn, from January 2024 to present, Hoa Binh is the locality that recorded the strongest increase in land prices in the Northern region, with an increase of up to 67%. In particular, the price level in Hoa Binh still maintains the peak set from March 2025, although demand has shown signs of decreasing recently.

Following is Hung Yen, with an increase of 59% compared to the beginning of 2024 and unchanged throughout the second quarter. The location bordering Hanoi, along with major infrastructure projects under implementation, is considered a factor supporting prices in this area.
Vinh Phuc and Bac Giang recorded prices increase of 47% and 39%, respectively, after more than a year. Of which, Vinh Phuc continued to increase by 14% since the peak in March. Bac Giang has adjusted down slightly by 7%, but overall still maintains the ground level much higher than at the beginning of last year.
Some other localities such as Bac Ninh increased by 20%, Quang Ninh increased by 12% compared to the peak, while Hai Phong was almost flat. See more...
Hanoi allocates more than 15,000m2 of land to Dong Do Company for high school construction
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3031/QD-UBND on leasing 15,160m2 of land at Dong Do Company Limited at the land plot marked PTTH under the Dang Xa 2 Urban Area Project, Gia Lam District to implement the project of building Hanoi Smart Technology High School for the Gifted.

According to the decision, the leased land has completed site clearance, managed by Viglacera Corporation and is handed over to the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center. The location and boundaries of the land are determined according to the Detailed Planning of Dang Xa 2 New Urban Area, approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 122/2006/QD-UBND. The painting to adjust the organization of landscape architectural space was prepared by Hanoi Construction and Trade Supervision Consulting Joint Stock Company and has been confirmed by the Department of Planning and Architecture.
The project is implemented in the form of annual land lease, without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law. Of the total leased area, 13,524m2 is used to build the project, the land use term is until June 15, 2068. Wave of building new hotels along the coast of Da Nang
According to Lao Dong, along the coast of Da Nang, especially the My Khe beach area, Son Tra has recently witnessed a wave of new, vibrant hotel and resort construction.
Not only domestic investors, many international corporations are also promoting their presence here with 4-5 star hotel projects, targeting the segment of international guests and high-end domestic guests.

Mr. Tran Quang Hung (born in 1974) - hotel manager on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Son Tra District - said that recently, there have been at least 4-5 new projects under construction around the hotel under his management.
Among them, there is a project to build a high-rise hotel just a few hundred meters from the beach. The frequency of trucks, cranes and workers coming in and out is almost continuous.
