2 commune-level administrative procedures for red books that have just been amended that people need to know
Hong Kong suspended for investor violations
HCMC - There is a situation where many people buy houses but have to wait for pink books because the investor builds without permission or builds on land that has not been handed over.

Nearly 100 townhouses in the Residential Area project in Thanh My Loi ward, invested by Trung Tien Construction Company Limited, have been completed by buyers and moved to live in for many years, but still do not have a certificate of house ownership (pink book).
On December 30, 2004, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued Decision No. 6600 to allocate land to Trung Tien Construction Company Limited to use a land area of 34,771 m2 in Thanh My Loi Ward to Phu Nhuan Housing Construction and Trading Company to invest in the construction of the main technical infrastructure of the residential area according to Decision No. 515.
Up to now, the investor has fulfilled its financial obligations, handed over the infrastructure to a specialized management agency... However, the issuance of pink books to home buyers has not been implemented.
The reason is that after checking and discovering that the project was not constructed by the investor, on June 1, 2023, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City previously issued Decision No. 5938 on the compulsory implementation of remedial measures. Accordingly, Trung Tien Construction Company Limited was forced to dismantle the illegal construction works, including: a wooden building with an area of 1,332.5 m2, a scale of 1 floor, with a structure of wooden columns, wooden beams, wooden walls, and tiled roofs; a swimming pool with an area of 400 m2 (built on 6 ground floors).
