Auction of 26 land lots in Son Nam ward
The Property Auction Service Center (Hung Yen Department of Justice) has just announced the auction of the right to use 26 residential land lots in the new residential area of the main road (location No. 02), Son Nam ward. The property was signed by the People's Committee of Son Nam Ward for auction service.
Specifically, location LK-02 has 23 plots of land including plots LK01, LK02, LK03, LK05, LK06, LK07, LK08 and from LK10 to LK25; location LK-03 has 3 plots of land including LK3.10, LK3.12, LK3.13.
The starting price is calculated per 1m2, including 5 levels: 17.39 million VND; 18.5 million VND; 20.35 million VND; 20.868 million VND and 24.42 million VND. There are 3 levels of deposit: 290 million VND; 390 million VND and 750 million VND. The fee for purchasing documents is 200,000 VND/mentistry.
The auction is a round of direct voting, according to the method of bidding up.
The auction documents are sold at the Property Auction Service Center from 8:30 a.m. on September 18, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on October 1, 2025 (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on October 5, 2025 (Sunday) at the Cultural House of the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation.
Auction of 94 land lots in Hoan Long commune
Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company announced the auction of assets of Hoan Long Commune People's Committee, including the right to use 94 plots of land for people to build houses in Truong Kenh Cau residential area (Ngan Dao), Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 80m2 to 151m2. The starting price ranges from 16 million VND/m2 to 22.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.2 billion VND to more than 3.4 billion VND per plot of land. The auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
Application fee/licitation fee for auction: 200,000 VND/application. Deposit: from 10% to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land put up for auction.
Time and place for selling documents to invite to participate in the auction, receiving documents to participate in the auction from 8:00 a.m. on September 15, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025 (during office hours on working days) at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company.
