Lang Son to auction the right to rent 39 kiosks in key sports areas
On September 21, according to PV's investigation, Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Lang Son Province Branch has just issued an official announcement on organizing a public auction of the lease rights of 39 kiosks in areas managed by the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center.
The total starting price of this auction is up to nearly 9.8 billion VND for a 36-month lease term.
Accordingly, the kiosks put up for auction are located in prime locations in the A stand area of Ba Trieu Street, Training Center, C stand on Le Loi Street, the gate area of the Gymnasium and the areas under stands B and D.
The area of the kiosks ranges from 14m2 to 82.23m2 with the starting price for rental calculated by month being very diverse, from about 3 million VND/month for the stands to more than 13 million VND/month for large kiosks in stand A, creating opportunities for many people with different business needs.
