According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, for more than a week now, Toan Luu commune has suddenly become a land fever, every day hundreds of cars of land brokers come here to create a fever and inflate prices.
One day, a group of land buyers set up a tent, setting up tables and chairs and sat inside as if attending a wedding to exchange information, the need to buy - sell land in this purely farming commune, selling paint in Toan Luu.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Tran Ba Hoanh - Vice Chairman of Toan Luu Commune People's Committee - said that nearly 10 days ago, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held a Conference to announce the Zoning Plan for the construction of the Western Ha Tinh Industrial Park (in Toan Luu Commune), at a scale of 1/2,000.
Since then, every day many land brokers have come to ask to buy, creating a virtual land fever here.
Mr. Hoanh affirmed that the land fund in Toan Luu commune is still very large. There is no real land fever.
Many brokers come together to create a virtual fever. In fact, few people have paid for the transfer transaction, Mr. Hoanh shared.
According to Mr. Hoanh, in the face of such a virtual land fever, the local government has advised people to be cautious, avoid getting caught up in a virtual fever, borrow money to buy land, "hold" land, leading to difficulties, debt, and disruption of life.

A few days later, the Ha Tinh Department of Construction also issued a document to rectify the land fever situation in Toan Luu commune.
