On May 30, 2025, the People's Committee of Ben Tre province issued Decision No. 32/2025/QD-UBND on promulgating the rental price framework for social housing projects invested in construction without public investment capital, trade union financial resources; social housing invested in construction by individuals and the rental price framework for worker accommodation in industrial parks in the province.
Accordingly, the rental price range for social housing is determined depending on the scale of the project.
For single-storey houses, the price ranges from 17,100 VND to 34,600 VND/m2/month. Higher-rise buildings have correspondingly higher prices, with houses from over 15 floors to no more than 20 floors, the rental price ranges from 76,300 VND to 103,400 VND/m2/month.

For workers' accommodation in industrial parks, the rental price ranges from 49,200 VND to 90.700 VND/m2/month, depending on the number of floors of the project.
The above price includes value-added tax (VAT), but does not include the cost of apartment management and operation services. The actual rental price will be agreed upon by the lessor and lessee, but must not exceed the prescribed price frame.
Assign the Department of Construction to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to guide and inspect the implementation; At the same time, advising the provincial People's Committee to adjust the price bracket when the market price is fluctuated. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties and problems, related organizations and individuals reflect to the Department of Construction for synthesis and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and settlement.
The decision takes effect from June 10, 2025.
