Through the report of the stakeholders, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang realized that over the past time, the departments, branches, localities and Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company were not well coordinated, leading to site clearance (land clearance) and resettlement to expand Quy Nhon port slow progress.

In order to solve this situation, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang asked the stakeholders to strictly adjust the limitations, focus on solving the settlement of land clearance and resettlement of households in Quy Nhon port area, completed before April 15.

Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang directed departments, branches, and localities to actively support Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to solve problems, meet the aspirations of the affected people, and implement measures to complete the clearance and resettlement in the shortest time.

He asked the provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with relevant units to complete the dossier and procedures for approving the detailed adjustment of the detailed planning of resettlement land plots in the resettlement area to serve the coastal road project (DT639), the section from Highway 1D to the new Highway 19, completed before October 10 to serve as a basis for the resettlement layout.

At the same time, proposing to establish an interdisciplinary working group (including the provincial Land Fund Development Center, Department of Construction, Department of Justice, Department of Finance, Quy Nhon City People's Committee, People's Committee of Thi Nai Ward, Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company) to participate in organizing residential meetings, making a plan to arrange resettlement.

Quy Nhon City People's Committee must urgently approve the price of resettlement land at the market price as a basis for Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to set up a plan to arrange resettlement for households.

In particular, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province requested Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to perform the role and main responsibility in making plans and deploying the support of land clearance, arranging resettlement in Quy Nhon port area.

Coordinate with the parties to promptly resolve the recommendations of the people. Reasonable recommendations must consider adjusting and supplementing accordingly, and the proposals must be clearly explained and in writing.

Urgently coordinate with stakeholders to organize a meeting to publicly announce details on the current status of land use of households and legal basiss on land use, plan to support land clearance, resettlement arrangement, time limit for organizing the selection of resettlement land allocation, handover of ground.

In case the households do not comply with the plan to support land clearance, the resettlement arrangement is approved by the competent authority and does not hand over the ground on time, will be handled in accordance with the law.
