Binh Duong - The Provincial People's Committee has decided to allow enterprises to change the purpose of using 12,688 m2 of land for mineral exploitation.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allowed Becamex Construction Materials Joint Stock Company to change the land use purpose from perennial land to land used for mineral activities. The State leases land with annual payments to implement a project to exploit brick and tile.

The area of land use conversion is 12,688 m2. The location of the land in Long Nguyen commune, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province. The project implementation period is until February 7, 2032.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Tax Department of the XVI region to determine, notify the amount of land rent payable, and guide the implementation of reducing land rent, the amount deducted from the land rent for enterprises.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the Land Registration Office to award certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to Becamex Construction Materials Joint Stock Company.

Propose that enterprises take responsibility for financial obligations, management and use of land in accordance with regulations.
