On February 12, the Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that the Provincial People's Council issued a resolution on the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement projects using land in the province.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Council unanimously approved 6 land plots for bidding to select investors for projects with a total area of 693 hectares.
Including the An Tay urban area project (An Tay ward, Phu An commune, Ben Cat city) with an area of 268 hectares; the urban area project North of Ring Road 4 (An Tay ward) with an area of 284 hectares; the An Tay general port (An Tay ward) with an area of 100 hectares; the phase 1 education and training complex project (in Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city) with an area of 8.4 hectares; the Tan Binh new urban area project (Tan Binh ward, Di An city) with an area of 32.5 hectares and the Lai Uyen town kindergarten project (Lai Uyen town) with an area of 0.42 hectares.
The People's Council of Binh Duong province assigned the People's Committee of Binh Duong province and related departments and branches to conduct bidding to select investors to implement projects in 2025.
