The land is allocated and has been adjusted for use to implement a housing and commercial service complex project on the road from National Highway 1K to National University, in Dong Hoa ward, Di An city.
The time of land valuation is early August 2024. The unit implementing the land valuation is TCVALUE Valuation Joint Stock Company.
After adjustment, the detailed planning and land allocation for the third phase has a total of 27,366 m2 of urban land. Including 15,125 m2 of mixed-use residential land, 9,250 m2 of commercial townhouses, and 2,989 m2 of resettlement townhouses.
The unit price of land after adjusting the detailed planning is as follows: 27.15 million VND/m2 of mixed-use residential land and 23.15 million VND of adjacent residential land.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests investors to be responsible for the data and information provided to conduct land valuation. In case later, when the competent State agency concludes that the project must determine additional financial obligations, it must comply with the implementation of additional financial obligations as required.
