According to a report by the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, to date, the whole city has put more than 2.1 million land plots into the cadastral database; of which 864 thousand plots, equivalent to 41.1%, have met the standard of "right, sufficient, clean, living"; about 1.2 million land plots need to continue to be enriched and cleaned and more than 1.9 million land plots have not been built with databases.
To make the land data completion campaign achieve high results, the Thuan An commune government has notified people about joining hands to clean up land data.
According to the Commune People's Committee, before the working group goes to each household or before reaching the gathering point, people need to prepare ID cards or citizen ID cards with chips of all land users named on land use right papers; original Certificates of Land Use Rights.
In case a red book has not been issued, people need to prepare a land registration confirmation paper, notification of land registration confirmation results, land allocation decision or other documents proving land use rights.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee also requested each household and individual to fully prepare documents related to the land plot being used, including:
For land plots that have been granted Certificates: Prepare Certificates of residential land use rights or Certificates of agricultural land use rights.
For land plots that have not been granted Certificates: Prepare purchase and sale documents, transfer of land use rights and other related documents (if any).
