Officials go to people's houses to scan land data, handle land plots that have not been granted red books

For cases where red books have not been issued, people need to prepare a certificate of land registration, or other documents proving land use rights.

According to a report by the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, to date, the whole city has put more than 2.1 million land plots into the cadastral database; of which 864 thousand plots, equivalent to 41.1%, have met the standard of "right, sufficient, clean, living"; about 1.2 million land plots need to continue to be enriched and cleaned and more than 1.9 million land plots have not been built with databases.

To make the land data completion campaign achieve high results, the Thuan An commune government has notified people about joining hands to clean up land data.

According to the Commune People's Committee, before the working group goes to each household or before reaching the gathering point, people need to prepare ID cards or citizen ID cards with chips of all land users named on land use right papers; original Certificates of Land Use Rights.

In case a red book has not been issued, people need to prepare a land registration confirmation paper, notification of land registration confirmation results, land allocation decision or other documents proving land use rights.

Chuong My Ward People's Committee also requested each household and individual to fully prepare documents related to the land plot being used, including:

For land plots that have been granted Certificates: Prepare Certificates of residential land use rights or Certificates of agricultural land use rights.

For land plots that have not been granted Certificates: Prepare purchase and sale documents, transfer of land use rights and other related documents (if any).

In Dan Hoa commune, from July 11 to 13, four working groups of Dan Hoa Commune People's Committee will work directly in residential areas to receive dossiers, compare and update land information of households and individuals in the area, implementing a 45-day peak campaign to complete the land database.

Four working groups have been arranged in each village cluster to create favorable conditions for people to participate, reduce travel time, and ensure implementation progress.

Task Force No. 1 works at Thi Nguyen Village Cultural House, serving Truong Xuan, Xuyen Duong, Thi Nguyen, Muc Xa, Cao Xa and Ang Phao villages.

Task Force No. 2 worked at the Cultural House of Canh Hoach 1 village, receiving dossiers from people in Vu Lang, Canh Hoach 1, Canh Hoach 2 and Phu An Tien villages.

Task Force No. 3 worked at the Hall of the Commune People's Committee, serving Ngoc Dinh, Tao Duong, Hoang Ky and Dong Tien villages.

Task Force No. 4 was arranged at the Chau Mai Village Cultural House to receive dossiers from households in Tu Chau, Chau Mai and Uoc Le villages.

Implementing the plan, by July 30, Dan Hoa commune strives to complete the review and supplementation of information for all land plots already in the database.

By August 30, the commune will continue to complete the remaining problems, summarize the results and maintain regular updates to ensure that data is always accurate, complete and timely.
