On April 8, information from the People's Committee of Ha Giang province, the unit has just officially issued a Decision to reclaim nearly 8 hectares of land assigned to FLC Group Joint Stock Company to implement the investment project of Mo Neo Mountain Eco-tourism Resort in Ha Giang City.
The reason for the land reclamation is that the project has terminated investment activities, within 24 months from the date of termination of investment activities.
The People's Committee of Ha Giang province assigned the recovered land area to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
Previously, in July 2020, the People's Committee of Ha Giang province issued a decision to grant a Land Use Rights Certificate and sign a Land Lease Contract dated December 4, 2020 to FLC to lease the above land area.
On March 20, 2021, FLC Group held a groundbreaking ceremony. The project is implemented in the Mo Neo mountain area, about 1km from the center of Ha Giang city with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND and is implemented in 2 phases.
