The provincial police proactively deploy to the police of communes and wards to handle organizations and individuals using social networks to provide and share false information about real estate products; handle the activities of real estate trading floors and real estate brokerage activities that violate the law, tax evasion, inaccurate information provision, causing negative impacts on the activities of the financial, credit and real estate markets.
The Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the People's Committees of communes and wards organize the public announcement of information on the planning and progress of infrastructure development projects and real estate projects in the locality to make information transparent, prevent the phenomenon of spreading rumors and speculation to push up prices for illegal profits, preventing real estate fever and bubbles in the area.
