On May 16, Dong Nai City People's Committee just issued 2 decisions to lease more than 1,900 hectares of land located near Long Thanh airport to implement industrial park projects.
Accordingly, Dong Nai City People's Committee leased nearly 947ha of land to Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes to implement phase 1 of the Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park project. In the total leased area, land for factory and warehouse construction is more than 722ha; green and water surface land is nearly 85ha; traffic land is more than 106ha; the rest is service land and technical infrastructure.
The land for Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park is leased by the State in the form of annual rent payment. The land use term is until September 19, 2074, corresponding to the project operating term according to the Prime Minister's investment policy approval decision.
Dong Nai City People's Committee also leased more than 960ha of land in Xuan Que commune to Xuan Que Industrial Park Joint Stock Company to implement phase 1 of the Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial park project.
In which, the area for industrial land and warehouses is more than 742ha; green land, water surface is more than 83ha; traffic land and parking lots are nearly 100ha; the rest is service land and key technical infrastructure works. The project is leased land in the form of annual payment, with a term of use until November 28, 2074.
Both of these industrial park projects are near Long Thanh International Airport (Long Thanh airport), an area oriented to become a large-scale industrial - logistics - service center.
On April 23, 2026, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, located near Long Thanh airport, started construction. The Long Duc 3 Industrial Park project is located in Binh An commune and Long Thanh ward, with a total area of 244ha, a total investment of about 1,800,000 billion VND, and is directly connected to the key national transport infrastructure system, especially Long Thanh airport.
