Hanoi has added a list of 873 land acquisition projects to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests.
In Soc Son commune, it is expected to recover 310.2ha of land to implement 11 projects.
Among these, there are 10 transitional projects according to the Resolution of the City People's Council in 2025 and 1 newly registered project.
According to the approved list, the city will implement a number of education projects such as: Investment project to build an inter-level primary and secondary school in land plot I.1. 2 secondary school 1 and I.1. 2 TH1 belonging to the Soc Son urban sub-area planning project zone 1.
In addition, many projects in the health sector have also been implemented: Building the 2nd facility of the Geriatric Hospital; Building a complex of high-quality medical facilities; High-quality medical complex.
Notably, the city will deploy the construction of Nui Doi Cultural and Tourist Park.
