The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on allowing Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to change the purpose of using 4,932m2 of land in Tan Lap commune, Dan Phuong district to implement the Tan Lap Social Housing Project.
According to the decision, Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is allowed to change the purpose of use of 4,932m2 of non-agricultural production and business land in Tan Lap commune, Dan Phuong district.
The location, boundary, and area of the land for project implementation are determined in the master plan drawing and architectural plan of Tan Lap QH-02 Social Housing Area, scale 1/500, prepared by the University of Construction Consulting Company Limited in 2024 approved by the Department of Planning and Architecture.
Of the total 4,932m2, there are 4,909.26m2 of land for high-rise social housing construction. The land use term for investors who are allowed to use land is from the date of signing the land allocation decision until August 15, 2024. For apartment owners, it will be used stably and permanently.
With 22.74m2 of land within the planning road opening scope, Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is responsible for completing the construction of technical infrastructure and handing it over to local authorities for management according to regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to be responsible for using the land area allocated within the boundary and in accordance with regulations; location the construction works in accordance with approved planning and construction permits; implement investment projects in accordance with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, environment, etc.; hand over 22.74m2 of land within the planning road opening area to local authorities for management according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Dan Phuong district is responsible for supervising and inspecting the management and use of land areas assigned within the boundary and boundary markers, for the right purposes according to the provisions of law; urging the receipt of 22.74m2 of land within the planning road opening for management according to regulations.
