On April 7, Cam Lam Commune People's Committee said that it had issued a document publicizing the cadastral map (additional survey) belonging to the survey and mapping project to serve compensation, support and resettlement for the Cam Lam New Urban Area Project (sub-zone 3).
Accordingly, the locality organizes the public disclosure of 63 cadastral map sheets (additional measurement) belonging to sub-zone 3 of the project. The public disclosure content includes information related to the land plot such as boundaries, area, land type and other contents as prescribed.
The listing is carried out at the headquarters of Cam Lam Commune People's Committee (Commune Administrative Service Center) and village halls including: Bai Gieng, Bai Gieng 1, Bai Gieng 3, Bai Gieng Trung, Bai Gieng Nam, Tan Hai 1, Tan Hoa, Yen Hoa, Nghia Trung, Nghia Nam, Tan Lap, Tan Phu, Tan Sinh Dong, Suoi Cam.
This move is aimed at ensuring publicity and transparency of information, creating conditions for people to monitor, compare, and contribute opinions before implementing the next steps in compensation, support and resettlement work.
Previously, in mid-2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee approved the investor selection results for the Cam Lam New Urban Area Project. The winning bidder is the Consortium of Cam Lam New Urban Company, including enterprises: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company; Phat Dat Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.; Truong Loc Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.; Green Urban Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company; Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company.
Previously, in March 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision approving the investment policy of a project with a land use scale of more than 10,356ha.
The project is implemented in Cam Lam district, including communes and towns: Cam Hai Dong, Cam Hai Tay, Cam Hoa, Cam An Bac, Cam An Nam, Cam Hiep Bac, Cam Hiep Nam, Cam Tan, Suoi Tan, Cam Thanh Bac, Cam Duc; and expanded to a part of Cam Ranh City with communes and wards: Cam Thanh Nam, Cam Phuc Bac, Cam Nghia.
The preliminary total investment of the project is about 260.267 billion VND (excluding compensation and resettlement support costs of about 25,000 billion VND). The operating term is 50 years from the date of land allocation, land lease or land use purpose conversion.
According to the plan, Cam Lam New Urban Area is expected to develop about 58,576 villa and townhouse houses; 9,821 apartments; 58,574 land plots; 33,052 social housing units and items such as a 36-hole golf course... The expected implementation progress is from 2025 to 2037.
