Ngo Quyen Ward People's Committee organizes coercive recovery of houses that are public assets not used for residential purposes managed by Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd. for Hai Phong Chemical and Electrical Materials Joint Stock Company and EU Trading Joint Stock Company. The coercion is carried out seriously and in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 108/2024/ND-CP of the Government to effectively manage and use public assets in the area.
In which, house number 20 Le Quynh is leased by Hai Phong Electrical Materials and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (total house area 243.4 m2, land area 923.3 m2).
House number 60 (old number 22) Vo Thi Sau is leased by EU Trading Joint Stock Company (formerly Hai Phong Construction Trading Joint Stock Company 5) (total house area 355.0 m2, land area 1,190.4 m2).
The coercion process was carried out publicly, objectively, safely, in accordance with the order and regulations of law with close coordination of relevant agencies and units; the security and order situation in the area was maintained. After completing the inventory of assets and preparing dossiers according to regulations, the entire area of houses and land at the above 2 locations was immediately handed over to Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Co., Ltd. for receipt and management.
It is known that there are 9 houses and land points in Ngo Quyen ward that are subject to recovery. From the beginning of 2026 to now, the Ward People's Committee has organized 12 propaganda sessions, mobilizing relevant organizations and individuals to voluntarily hand over. As of the time of implementation of coercion, 5/9 organizations have handed over or signed commitments to hand over; for the remaining 4 organizations, the Ward People's Committee has mobilized 1 more unit and implemented legal procedures to implement coercion against units that do not comply with Decree No. 108/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
For the remaining houses and land points that have not been handed over, Ngo Quyen Ward People's Committee continues to promote propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue; in case units intentionally do not comply, local authorities will complete dossiers to organize coercive recovery in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring strictness and improving the efficiency of management and use of public assets in the area.
