Accordingly, the People's Committee of Son La city has carried out land recovery for the household of Ms. Hoang Thi Yen and Ms. Cam Thi Ngoc Thien (in Chau Co village, Chieng Co ward, Son La city) to hand over the site to the investor to implement the Investment Project to build traffic route No. 4, Northwest Square area.
These are 2 households, receiving illegal land transfers, illegally constructing on the land. Despite being discussed, propagated and mobilized by local authorities many times, these households did not comply with the demolition and relocation of assets, affecting the progress of site clearance for project implementation.
The City People's Committee is forced to carry out enforcement, dismantle and relocate assets on the land to hand over the site to the investor to implement the project. The total area of land recovered from the two households above is 165m2.
It is known that the investment project to build traffic route No. 4, Northwest Square area was approved by the People's Committee of Son La province in Decision No. 1348/QD-UBND dated July 10, 2024.
The project is invested by the People's Committee of Son La city, the total length of the route is nearly 147m. The total investment of the project is over 13.3 billion VND.
According to the approved decision of the People's Committee of Son La province, the project will start construction in the first quarter of 2025 and be completed and put into use by the end of 2025. However, due to problems in site clearance, the project's start date was adjusted back to the second quarter, and completed and put into use by the end of 2025.
