The Tan Thinh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project (Tan Thinh Commune, Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh Province) has a total investment of about 450 billion VND, with a scale of 50 hectares, including 49 hectares of agricultural land of 279 households in Cao Long village.
To date, 262 households have signed plans, compensation and support. There are 5 households and individuals who have not yet coordinated to conduct the counting, complete the authorization and inheritance documents and 12 households have not agreed to sign the compensation and support plan.
After many times of being propagandized and mobilized by the working groups of the district and commune, households still do not accept the plan to support compensation for site clearance; by all means, do not accept handing over the site to the site clearance council, slowing down the project implementation progress according to the set plan. Therefore, the District People's Committee implemented the decision to enforce and reclaim land to hand over the site to the GPMB Council to implement the project.
Previously, the People's Committee of Nam Truc district issued decisions on compulsory land recovery for 6 households.
To carry out the enforcement, the Nam Truc District Land Exploitation Enforcement Board has announced the decisions on land recovery, the decision on compulsory land recovery for 6 households and individuals; the decision to establish the Enforcement Board, the decision on land recovery to implement the project. The enforcement board has carried out the enforcement of land recovery work for 6 households on the project site to ensure compliance with the law and safety in all aspects.
