Implementing the provisions of land law and in order to ensure the progress of site clearance (GPMB) to implement component project 1.2 of the My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road construction investment project (section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road) on August 3, the Chairman of Huong Son Commune People's Committee issued 6 Decisions on land recovery coercion.
According to the People's Committee of Huong Son commune, 6 households have a total area of land for forced recovery of about 24,061m2. Among them, the household with the largest area of forced recovery is 10,850.2 m2; the household with the smallest area of forced recovery is 218 m2.
Huong Son Commune People's Committee said that the decisions were issued based on the provisions of land law, decisions related to land recovery, approval of compensation and support plans, site clearance and the results of mobilization, propaganda, and persuasion of households and individuals with land within the scope of site clearance to implement the project.
The project to build My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road (the section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road) is 12.5km long, 21m cross-section, design speed of 80km/h.
The starting point of the route is at the intersection with the southern main road at Km31+800, the ending point is at the intersection with the Huong Son - Tam Chuc road.
The project started in May 2025 with a total investment of 2,080.356 billion VND. The implementation location is in Ung Hoa, Hoa Xa and Huong Son communes.
The project has a total area for site clearance of 422,053m2. To date, site clearance work has been handed over for construction of 382,835m2/422,053m2, reaching 90.7%.
Regarding the construction progress, the entire route is divided into 1 construction package. The total realized value to date is 267.6/1,338.031 billion VND, reaching about 20%. The construction site that can be organized reaches 10.42km. The Ngoai Do bridge and Song Day bridge projects are accelerating the construction progress of bored piles, abutments, pillars, beam casting platforms...
Inspecting the My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road construction project on August 8, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Tran Duc Thang said that this is a very important connecting road, when completed, it will attract tourists to the Huong Son relic and scenic complex.
Mr. Tran Duc Thang requested relevant units and localities to be proactive in implementing projects to ensure progress. Accordingly, Huong Son commune needs to urgently complete the site clearance of the remaining area and soon hand it over to the investor and the construction contractor.
Hanoi Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang directed relevant agencies and units to focus manpower and resources to accelerate progress, ensure safety and quality of works and in the fourth quarter of 2027 must complete and put the entire route into operation and use.
