The People's Committee of Nguyen Luong Bang commune organized the enforcement of forced remedial measures against the household of Mr. T.V. T (Dao Lam village, Nguyen Luong Bang commune) due to administrative violations in the field of land in the Cong Quay area, Dao Lam village.
According to the file, Mr. T occupied an area of 2, 338.5 m2 of land managed by Nguyen Luong Bang Commune People's Committee to use as a material gathering yard, building solid and semi-solid works in the Cong Quay area, Dao Lam village. At the scene, the Enforcement Committee deployed the contents according to the approved plan, including: dismantling construction works; cutting down and clearing trees and crops; digging and moving filling materials and construction materials on the area of land managed by the Commune People's Committee that was occupied.
The coercion committee has coordinated with relevant forces and units to organize the implementation of tasks in accordance with procedures, ensuring security and order in the area; and at the same time carrying out propaganda, mobilization, and explanation to make violators and related organizations and individuals understand their responsibilities and obligations in complying with the decisions of competent authorities. The organization of coercion is implemented by Nguyen Luong Bang Commune People's Committee based on the decisions that have been issued, ensuring proper authority, proper procedures, publicity, objectivity and strictness, contributing to ensuring the effectiveness of law enforcement in land management.
