On August 1, Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee said that this unit had just organized coercive land recovery for Mr. V.D. R's household in Tien An village to implement the land use right auction project in Coc Market area, Tien An village, Xuan Mai commune.
Before organizing coercion, Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee and functional agencies have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, and disseminated legal regulations on land, and at the same time created conditions for households to comply with land acquisition decisions and voluntarily hand over land.
However, Mr. V.D. R's household did not comply with the land acquisition decision to implement the project. Therefore, the Coercive Enforcement Board implementing the land acquisition decision of Xuan Mai commune organized the enforcement in accordance with the law.
The coercion process was implemented seriously, publicly, in accordance with legal procedures; ensuring security and order, absolute safety for people, vehicles and property. Participating forces closely coordinated to relocate property and level the entire ground after announcing the decision.
