On July 21, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for 3 cases of violations of land law, including: Mr. V.V.T's household in Phu Vinh village, Mr. V.V.C's household in Nghia Hao village and Ms. T.T. N's household in Dong Tru village.
According to the Decision on organizing coercion, Mr. V.V.T's household arbitrarily converted 467m2 of rice land to non-agricultural land (not residential land), built a steel frame factory, corrugated iron roof, concrete foundation, brick walls and concrete yard to make an export bamboo and rattan weaving production facility.
Mr. V.V.C's household encroached on 989m2 of public land managed by the Commune People's Committee in Roc Dung area, Nghia Hao village; built warehouses, water tanks, kiosks for selling goods, canopies, iron stairs and concrete yards on the entire encroached land area.
For Ms. T.T. N's household, after receiving the transfer of 204m2 of agricultural land in Cau So area, Dong Tru village, she arbitrarily changed the land use purpose of rice land to non-agricultural land (not residential land), built a steel frame structure, corrugated iron roof, corrugated iron wall with an area of 39.5m2.
On July 22, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee continued to organize coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for 2 cases of land law violations in the area, including Mr. N.D. T's household (Yen Truong 2 village) and Mr. N.V.Q's household (Doi 2 village).
Specifically, Mr. N.D. T's household (Yen Truong 2 village), occupied 531.9m2 of rice land and 100.6m2 of land managed by the State; built a solid factory with an area of 632.5m2 with concrete foundation, brick walls, steel columns, roof and corrugated iron walls.
Inside, there is also a 2-story building item for an operating office and a worker rest room with an area of 33.6m2.
Mr. N.V.Q's household (Doi 2 village) arbitrarily converted rice land to residential land; built a house foundation area of 140.63m2 with reinforced concrete, brick walls about 2.5m high without permission from competent authorities.

On July 23, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee organized the implementation of the Decision on coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures against Mr. N.V.T's household in Chi Ne village, due to administrative violations in the field of land.
According to dossiers of functional agencies, the violated land area is agricultural land of the public fund managed by the Commune People's Committee, formed after the land consolidation and exchange work of the Trung Hoa Commune People's Committee (old).
Through inspection, Mr. N.V.T's household occupied 1,452.2m2 of public agricultural land managed by the Commune People's Committee and built many illegal works on the land.
According to Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, the organization of coercion shows the political determination and determination of the local government in state management of land; strictly handling violations, not allowing prolonged existence or new violations to arise, contributing to restoring order in land management and use, ensuring the strictness of the law and creating fairness for organizations and individuals who comply with regulations.
