On the morning of November 7, the Land Reclamation Enforcement Board under Decision No. 10468/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2024 of the District People's Committee Chairman on organizing land reclamation enforcement for households and individuals when the State reclaims land to implement the Investment Project to build a Trade Center, offices, apartments, luxury villas for sale and rent, 5-star hotel, night market food court is today the Thuy Nguyen Residential Area Project. The project is invested by Union Success Vietnam Co., Ltd.
To implement the Project, Hai Phong City People's Committee issued Land Acquisition Notice No. 25/TB-UBND dated January 21, 2011 on land acquisition for compensation, support, and site clearance to implement the Investment Project to build a Trade Center, offices, apartments, luxury villas for sale and rent, 5-star hotel and night market food court in Thuy Duong commune, Thuy Nguyen district, invested by Union Success Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
The total area of the project is 29.45 hectares, involving 589 households. Up to now, the compensation and site clearance work for the project has been basically completed. The district has carried out procedures for site clearance in accordance with state regulations; many times organized propaganda, dialogues, and responded to requests from households that have not agreed to receive support and hand over the site.
According to the plan, the District People's Committee has issued decisions, notices and organized the application of compulsory measures to recover 408 square meters of land used by Ms. Vu Thi Khuon's household at plot 2718, map sheet 01, plot number 41+42 sheet 01 to clear the ground for project implementation.
The enforcement session took place seriously, safely and in accordance with legal regulations. The participating forces coordinated and implemented the approved plan. After the enforcement session, the construction contractor arranged machinery and personnel to erect the barrier wall and organize site leveling to implement the project.
