Accordingly, the authorities have conducted a compulsory inventory to serve site clearance for the implementation of the Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project (TL-DT 04.21) and the New Rural Residential Area Project (TL-DT 01.21) in Tan Thanh Commune, Ninh Binh Province.
Participating in the plan are forces from the Investment Management Board, Urban Development and Land Fund of Area 2, medical forces, civil servants of departments, branches, and organizations of Tan Thanh commune, grassroots security forces, Tan Thanh commune police and officers and soldiers of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department.

It is known that the Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project and the New Rural Residential Area Project in Tan Thanh Commune have a total area of about 20 hectares, with 184 households affected.
Before the enforcement period, 177 households had agreed to the count, the remaining 7 households, despite being mobilized, persuaded, and dialogueed many times, did not comply.
On October 6, the People's Committee of Tan Thanh commune issued decisions on compulsory supervision of the compulsory inventory of the above 7 households.
The notices and decisions on compulsory supervision of the People's Committee of Tan Thanh commune have been assigned to the above 7 households and publicly posted in accordance with regulations on procedures and order.
The entire enforcement process took place in absolute safety, ensuring security and order and in accordance with the purpose and requirements of the plan.
This is a strong, necessary measure and ensures strict legality in the context that Ninh Binh province is accelerating the progress of land acquisition and site clearance to serve the construction of projects, expected to create a great boost in socio-economic development for the province.
