Hai An Ward People's Committee organized the compulsory land recovery (phase 2) for 1 household whose land was recovered to implement the investment project to build Ring Road 2 section Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien road.
Previously, the People's Committee of the ward had repeatedly organized dialogues, propaganda, and mobilization of households to receive compensation and hand over the site, but the household still did not agree and made recommendations without legal basis. At exactly 7:30 a.m. on October 24, the Enforcement Board proceeded to reclaim land from Mr. N.V.T's household according to the approved plan, in order to ensure the project's progress. The enforcement work has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring security, order, and absolute safety for people and property, contributing to speeding up the progress of the Ring Road 2 Project.
Previously, the ward implemented a plan to enforce land recovery for 7 households in the Ring Road 2 Construction Investment Project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao section - Bui Vien road in Trang Cat 7 residential group. Phase 1 on October 16, the locality completed the compulsory land recovery for 2 households, Mr. N.P.T and Mr. V.X.O (Trang Cat 7 residential group, Hai An ward).
