According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, Point c, Clause 1, Article 56 of the Railway Law No. 95/2025 of the National Assembly amending and supplementing Point h, Clause 2, Article 89 of the Construction Law (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates that construction permit exemption for works under construction investment projects that have been appraised by a construction expertise agency for the Feasibility Study Report for construction investment in areas with detailed plans at a scale of 1/500 or urban design approved by competent authorities.
The project investor is responsible for sending a notice of the construction start date and construction design documents according to regulations to the local State management agency for construction management.
After reviewing, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City provided a list of works and projects that have met the conditions for exemption from construction permits according to the law. The investor has fully implemented procedures on land, fire prevention and fighting, environment and related procedures.
The projects include: Townhouses and villas in Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area invested by Landcom Investment Joint Stock Company; Category 21 houses in the Da Nang Real Estate and Yard project of Da Nang Yard Company Limited;
Villaes on plots of land from Land Area B3-1 to Land Area B3-15, Land Area B3-16 to Land Area B3-55 - Area 42 ha (phase 2) Thuy Tu Urban Tourism Area project of Finance and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Company;
Hotel project at lot 29-30-31 Hoang Ke Vien (Ngu Hanh Son ward); Office apartment complex combined with accommodation and commercial and service of Hai Hanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
The total investment of the above projects is more than 5,564 billion VND.
In addition, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City also announced a list of works and projects subject to exemption from construction permits but has not yet reviewed relevant procedures.
This list includes 23 projects, with a total investment of more than VND 21,584 billion.
Some projects with large investment capital include: Cat muc of townhouses adjacent to area F in Phuong Trang Urban and High-rise Commercial Complex of Phuong Trang Investment Joint Stock Company; Cat muc of BT2-BT19 Villa in New Town High-end Sports and Commercial Area of New Town Development Company Limited;
MBLand Tonkin Joint Stock Company's high-end sea tourism area; Qudos Hoi An Joint Stock Company's Qudos resort; Trade Center, Rental Office and High-rise Housing at Plot No. 1+2, Lot A2.1, Resettlement Area at the beginning of the Son Tra - Dien Ngoc route of Thanh Lam Real Estate Company Limited;
Apartments at land plots C1, C2 in Phu My An Urban Area of Regal Group Joint Stock Company; ven Song Tower of The Royal Da Nang One Member Co., Ltd.; FPT Plaza 4 Apartment of FPT Da Nang Urban Joint Stock Company...
