The land area is 2,196 m2, belonging to commercial and service land. The plan allows the construction of commercial centers, offices, high-class hotels, tourist apartments and other tourism services. The site has been completely cleared, the technical infrastructure of the area is synchronously invested, ready to implement the project.
The form of land use is that the State leases land, paying one-time fees for the entire 50-year lease term. The total estimated investment of the project is more than 632.9 billion VND. The implementation period is 24 months from the date of issuance of the land lease decision.
The expected starting auction price is 36,476,262 VND/m2. Participants must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land plot calculated at this price level. The auction is organized online, applying the up-pricing method.
Participants are organizations and individuals who meet legal conditions on land and asset auctions. Compulsory requirements include financial capacity and project implementation experience. The winning bidder must implement the project in accordance with planning, ensuring progress, environmental requirements and financial obligations.
The auction is expected to be held in the second quarter of 2026. Departments, branches and related localities are assigned to coordinate implementation, ensuring compliance with procedures and legal regulations.
The auction plan is expected to effectively exploit the coastal land fund, attract capable investors, and increase budget revenue and promote the development of services and tourism in the Tho Quang area.
