On March 20, Da Nang City Department of Construction issued a notice on temporarily suspending the receipt of applications for social housing purchase at the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park social housing apartment project (blocks E1 and E2).
Previously, on March 2, the Department of Construction issued Notice No. 3016/TB-SXD on publicizing information to receive dossiers at this project. However, immediately after issuing the notice, functional agencies received many complaints from citizens about the investor, Saigon Thuan Phuoc Green Real Estate Joint Stock Company, not thoroughly handling the contents of obstacles related to the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
To ensure the rights of people and the organization of receiving dossiers is carried out in accordance with regulations, the Department of Construction announces: Temporarily suspend the validity of Notice No. 3016/TB-SXD on receiving dossiers for registration to buy social housing in blocks E1, E2. Requesting Saigon Thuan Phuoc Green Real Estate Joint Stock Company to urgently review, handle and definitively resolve citizens' petitions.
The Department of Construction affirmed that only after the investor completes the handling of the above-mentioned recommendations, this unit will consider and notify the receipt of applications for buying houses at the project.
Hoa Khanh Industrial Park social housing apartment project is invested by Saigon Thuan Phuoc Green Real Estate Joint Stock Company. This is a project for workers and low-income workers.
