According to the announcement of the Da Nang City Property Auction Service Center, the auctioned assets include land use rights under 10 certificates, corresponding to 14 land plots in the old Chi Lang Stadium area.
The total area of the land plots is up to tens of thousands of square meters, located in a prime location, adjacent to four central roads including Ngo Gia Tu, Chi Lang, Hung Vuong and Le Duan.

This land area is planned as commercial and service land, after local planning has been adjusted and the land use term is 50 years from the time of completing the procedures for transferring rights to the winning bidder.
The starting price of all assets is nearly 9,707 billion VND. Auction participants must deposit 900 billion VND/dossier, the minimum price step for each payment is 90 billion VND.
Accordingly, the winning bidder must fulfill additional financial obligations, including the recovered land use fee of more than 139.3 billion VND according to the regulations of Da Nang City People's Committee. The investor must be responsible for investment and construction procedures, as well as related arising costs.
Regarding the current status of the land plot, the winning bidder is responsible for coordinating the handling of the liquidation of assets attached to the land, including demolition of works and site clearance within the prescribed time limit.
The auction will be held online on May 6, 2026 on the auction system of Da Nang City. The selling and receiving time for participation applications lasts until the end of April 29, 2026.
Chi Lang Stadium land is considered one of the rare "golden land areas" remaining in the center of Da Nang City, which was once entangled in many legal issues for a long time before being put back up for auction.
