On August 14, the People's Committee of Da Nang City publicly informed that Mr. Phan Thai Binh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the City, signed a decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights for the land plot at 16 Bach Dang, Hai Chau Ward.
The land was won by Phuc Tin Service Joint Stock Company at a price of more than 200 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 359 billion VND.
The starting price established by the city is more than 310 billion VND (173.2 million VND/m2). The figure offered by Phuc Tin Service Joint Stock Company has exceeded the starting price by nearly 49 billion VND. The winning bids also increased many times compared to February, when the land was only given a starting price of VND59.2 million/m2 (equivalent to more than VND106.3 billion). After 3 months, it will be raised to the above price.
The prime land has an area of 1,795m2, is a type of commercial and service land, with a term of use of 50 years, with the function of a construction on the land being an office, a luxury hotel, a tourist apartment and other tourism service functions.
With two frontages on Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets, the land has the most prime location in the city center, located right on the Han River and directly connected to the city's key traffic, services and tourism axes.
According to the announced auction plan, the city encourages the auction winners to study increasing the construction delay area larger than the regulations, in order to create open space for the streets, increase green space for the project and parking space.
